      PG&A VALUE-ADD RETAIL SALES PROMOTION

      RECEIVE UP TO $1,750 IN KTM POWERWEAR, POWERPARTS AND/OR SPAREPARTS

      Promotion Details: Starting July 8, 2024, and running through July 31, 2024, KTM will be advertising this promotion to consumers as a PG&A Value-Add Retail Sales Promotion on select new 2024 and 2023 KTM offroad and street model
      motorcycles.

      During this promotion period customers purchasing a select new, unregistered 2024 or 2023 KTM offroad / street model
      motorcycle are eligible to receive up to $1,750 MSRP (excluding tax) in KTM POWERWEAR, POWERPARTS and/or

      SPAREPARTS (customer’s choice). KTM PG&A Value-Add Retail Sales Promotions will be processed as a Dealer Retail
      Registration Credit to dealers.

   3. DEALER RETAIL REGISTRATION REBATES
      Program Dates: July 8, 2024 – July 31, 2024Promotion Details: Starting July 8, 2024, and running through July 31, 2024, KTM is pleased to offer Dealer Retail Registration Rebates on select new model 2024, 2023 and 2022 offroad and street model motorcycles, providing the dealer with added selling power when negotiating retail sales. To qualify for these rebates, eligible motorcycles must be retail registered by end-of-day July 31, 2024.Dealer Retail Registration Rebates will be credited the following month once it is confirmed the customer did not utilize the Special Retail Financing offer (via reporting from our finance partners). Dealer Retail Registration Rebates cannot be combined with Special Retail Financing offers, unless otherwise indicated on the Promo Pit Board Summary table of this bulletin (page 1).Only participating KTM dealers are eligible for participation in the current retail promotions defined in this bulletin.See APPENDIX for complete program rules, details and offer disclosures.

2. MAP POLICY

   To increase selling power and allow dealers to maximally leverage substantial rebates that are available on select offroad and street products, KTM is lifting the Minimal Advertised Price (MAP) Policy on certain models. These removals provide the dealer with flexibility and freedom to aggressively promote the product and negotiate retail sales. For a complete list of what models have a MAP Policy attached to them, please refer to the MAP POLICY REFERENCE GUIDE.

   Dealers cannot reduce or imply a reduced price at any time with a Business to Business (B2B) rebate on any unit(s) with a MAP Policy (YES), as those rebates are NOT consumer facing. MAP Policy enforcement is being applied consistently and proactively for all KTM authorized dealers, with varying audits occurring from time to time.

   Dealerships are responsible for abiding to the established MAP policies provided by KTM and are encouraged to educate themselves and staff members about these policies to avoid potential violations.    PROGRAM DETAILS & RULES:

   • Special (non-standard) financing rates cannot be combined with any other special offers from KTM outside of this program, unless
     otherwise indicated.
   • Only authorized KTM dealers are eligible for participation in the current retail promotions defined in this Sales Bulletin.
   • Motorcycles invoiced with up-front discounts are NOT eligible for Rebates, Retail Registration Rebates, Dealer Retail Registration
     Credits or PG&A promotional offers (if applicable).
   • Motorcycles invoiced with up-front discounts are eligible for special consumer retail financing, if applicable.

   • KTM PG&A Value-Add Retail Sales Promotion Offer is defined as a credit to the consumer in the form of KTM POWERWEAR,

     motorcycle.
   • KTM PG&A Value-Add is treated as a Dealer Retail Registration Credit that is advertised to the customer.
   • The posted KTM PG&A Value-Add Retail Sales Promotion Special Offer must be honored by the dealer to the customer in the full
